Recruitment-Focused Strategist
I have a strong focus on recruiting, with solid expertise across all HR subsystems, from talent acquisition to HR development, organizational culture and performance, combining 11 years experience in startups and multinational companies such as Siemens and SKY (DirectTV).
Beyond my CV: between talents and tides
I’m a mom and a part-time nomad, based mostly in South Bahia, Brazil, while spending a few months each year in Lisbon and other parts of the world.
I’m also a musician, singer, and guitar player, and I’ve been surfing since I was 19, a passion that remains one of my favorite hobbies to this day.
I hold a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management.
